    Dear colleagues,
     
    We are gathering primary studies to be included in a meta-analysis on boundary spanning and team performance. If you have any unpublished studies such as working papers, dissertations, or conference presentations that include quantitative data on boundary spanning at the team, multiteam system, department, or business unit-level, our research team (Ulrich Leicht-Deobald, Julia Backmann, Thom de Vries, Matthias Weiss, Sebastian Hohmann, Frank Walter, Martin Högl, and Gerben van der Vegt) would greatly appreciate receiving a copy sent to ulrich.leicht-deobald@unisg.ch.
