Measuring thriving and learning in healthcare workforces

Does anyone have benchmarks from large datasets, preferably in health care workforces, of the rates of thriving, especially the items in the learning latent factor as measured with the questions from Porath, 2012? I have not been able to find published rates to serve as benchmarks.

We are developing a proposal to change the current focus in healthcare on burnout to more optimistic measures of wellness. Conceptually, thriving, with its inclusion of learning/improvement, seems an ideal goal for healthcare personnel as we have to constantly adapt and innovate in response to changes in market forces as well as absorb new clinical research knowledge.

We hypothesize that thriving, compared to engagement, satisfaction, or the absence of burnout, will better correlate with organizational performance as well as correlate with employee satisfaction.

    Thank you,

    Bob
