    The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) at the University of South Australia announces a position opening in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management, at the level of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer.  CWeX brings together researchers with a collaborative spirit and a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity and employee well-being, organisational culture and change, leadership, teams, and human resource management practices.  We are housed in one of Australia's preeminent Business Schools.

    Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management (Academic Level B/C)

    • Full-time, continuing position
    • Salary range: AUD $96,813 – $136,753 per annum, plus superannuation

    The Centre for Workplace Excellence (CWeX) is a vibrant research centre that investigates workplace challenges around the world.  With the overall mission of achieving excellence through people and practices, CWeX members bring their collaborative spirit, diverse disciplinary foundations, and methodological expertise to produce rigorous research that enhances organisational effectiveness.  An exciting opportunity is available for a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer: Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.

    A successful candidate will have an ongoing stream of high quality research. You will be expected to make an independent and significant contribution to the teaching, research and leadership activities of the School of Management and CWeX specifically, including the development and delivery of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate courses and engagement in professional activities.
