    Dear OB colleagues,


    I am looking for an online team-based survey to use in my master's course on people and organizations starting this october. It would be great if the survey calculated the individual's scores and provides the students individualized reports on their strengths and weaknesses as a 'team member'.

    A tool that I've used for quite some time is called TeamMATE. It has both an evaluative (grading) component and a developmental component. See http://go.capsim.com/teammate/
