    Dear Colleagues,

    With apologies for cross posting.

My co-authors and I are seeking unpublished studies for a meta-analysis examining the relationships among global work experiences and career-related outcomes. We are specifically looking for in-press and conference papers, dissertations, master theses, or other unpublished papers that include:

    1) Studies on employees with global experiences, which include but are not limited to: expatriates/corporate expatriates, self-initiated expatriates, international business travelers, short-term assignees, repatriates, inpatriates.

    2) A measure of a career-related outcome variable (e.g., subjective and objective career success, career decision etc), such as (but not limited to) subjective career outcomes (e.g., subjective well-being, satisfaction/job satisfaction/career satisfaction, career commitment), objective career success (e.g., compensation/salary growth/promotion), turnover/retention/withdrawal (e.g., turnover intention/retention/intention to return/intention to repatriate/intention to withdraw).

    3) Correlations among career outcomes with other variables.

If you have such an unpublished study that you would be willing to share, please email me directly at margaret.shaffer@ou.edu.

Please also include a title for the study, order of authorship, and the status of the paper (e.g., conference paper, under review, in-press article etc) so that we may cite your study correctly.

    Thank you in advance,

    Margaret Shaffer
