The Department of Management at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) seeks applicants for a tenure track position in Organizational Behavior or Human Resources Management at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. In particular we are seeking applicants with an interest in research and teaching related to healthcare. The preferred applicant will have completed their PhD in human resources, organizational behavior, or a related field. We seek individuals who have demonstrated potential to publish in top-tier management journals, the capacity to teach OB or HRM courses at all levels, and the ability to work well in a collegial, interdisciplinary department.
