    The Department of Management & Organizations (MNO) in the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University is seeking to hire up to two non-tenure track Visiting Professors with teaching expertise in the area of OB and/or HRM (broadly defined) for an August 2019 start date. Candidates must have a Ph.D. by the start of employment. Evidence of high quality teaching is also required. Candidates are expected to exhibit strong ability to teach MBA and undergraduate courses. Both salary and teaching load are competitive.  

    We seek an individual who works well and desires to participate in a collegial, research-oriented department. The MNO department consists of Mickey Quiñones (Chair), Marcus Butts, Maribeth Kuenzi, Sal Mistry, Al Niemi, Robin Pinkley, Mckenzie Rees, and Don Vandewalle.  Faculty members have recent publications in top-tier journals including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Personnel Psychology, and Psychological Science. For more information about the MNO Department, please visit: Department of Management and Organizations (MNO) Cox School of Business SMU .
