Dear colleagues,
We are researchers in Canada conducting a meta-analysis on leader mistreatment and subordinate counterproductive work behaviors. We are interested in including unpublished data to our meta-analysis. We would like your help in providing us with any correlational field data (i.e., employee sample) you have that are relevant to our study.
Specifically, we are looking for correlations between any pair of these constructs:
- Leader mistreatment of employees (e.g., abusive supervision, despotic leadership, tyranny)
- Counterproductive work behaviors (e.g., organization-directed deviance, supervisor-directed deviance)
- Social exchange quality (e.g., affective commitment, affect-based trust, social exchange quality, leader-member exchange)
- Interpersonal justice perception
- State self-regulatory capacity impairment (e.g., emotional exhaustion, state ego depletion)*
- State negative affect (e.g., general negative affect, hostility, anger, anxiety)*
*To distinguish between state and trait measures, we have decided that we will only include measures that specify a timeframe (e.g., "in the past month") or a context (e.g., "at work", "when interacting with your supervisor").
