    Position and Qualifications:

    The Management & Organization (M&O) Department of the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame invites applications from qualified candidates for a two-year postdoctoral research and teaching associate position, to begin in Fall 2019. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in organizational behavior and/or psychology with a particular interest in ethics, including but not limited to ethical decision making, ethical cultures, and ethical leadership. We highly value collegiality and welcome individuals with the ability to work with others in the department. Postdoctoral scholars in the M&O department are expected to target their work toward top-tier management and applied psychology outlets. The starting salary and teaching load are market competitive. Our postdoctoral scholars are an integral part of our department and receive ample annual research budgets, as well as outstanding computer, administrative, research laboratory, and library support.

    Applicants must hold a Ph.D. or expect to have their degree conferred by August 2019.

    The Management & Organization department includes tenured, tenure-track, and instructional faculty with expertise and research interests spanning organizational behavior, strategic management, business ethics, innovation, entrepreneurship, human resource management, and communication.
