    Job Announcement: INSEAD Organisational Behaviour Department

     

    The Organizational Behaviour Area at INSEAD aims to fill multiple tenured or tenure-track positions beginning in the 2018-2019 academic year. We are conducting a broad search with potential to hire from all profiles (micro, meso, macro), using all methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, experimental, mixed), at all levels (assistant, associate, full) in both France and Singapore.

     

    Applicants should have a research interest in organizational behavior, broadly defined; hold a PhD in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline; and be interested in teaching to business audiences.

    INSEAD encourages publication in the premier scholarly journals in both the basic and applied behavioral sciences (e.g., AMJ, ASQ, Organization Science, OBHDP, Management Science, AMR, JAP, JPSP, Psych Science, AJS, ASR, SMJ, etc.). Internal funding for research and conference attendance is generous. The Organizational Behavior Area comprises seventeen tenure-track faculty members from around the world with varied research interests and methodological approaches. To learn more, visit:

    • A current curriculum vita
    • A cover letter, which should include reasons for candidates' interest in being in Fontainebleau and/or Singapore
    • A research statement
    • A teaching statement and/or evidence of teaching effectiveness
    • Copies of 2-3 writing samples (publications and/or working papers)
    • Three letters of recommendation
