    As part of an Australian Research Council Laureate Fellowship, Professor Sharon Parker is searching for a postdoctoral researcher to join the unique Centre for Transformative Work Design (CTWD).      The Centre for Transformative Work Design is part of Curtin Business School and is housed in Perth's CBD. As well as CTWD's thriving team of international post-doctoral researchers and students, colleagues at Curtin Business School include Professors Marylene Gagne, Mark Griffin, Patrick Dunlop, Amy Tian, John Meyer, and more.  

     Curtin University is ranked <g class="gr_ gr_42 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="42" data-gr-id="42">in</g> the top 200 universities worldwide (ARWU 2017), and in the top 1% in the world for universities under the age of 50 (QS World University Rankings 2017). In recent years, Curtin has climbed significantly in global league tables and in the 2016 Nature Index results, Curtin was named as a rising star, the most collaborative of the Australian universities, and the biggest Australian mover. Curtin is industry-facing, highly engaged with relevant partners, and a major global player, with campuses in Singapore, Malaysia, and Dubai. 

     Expressions of interest in this position are invited from suitably qualified individuals. Appointees are expected to have relevant PhD qualification in organisational psychology/behaviour (or closely related fields), a track record of academic excellence, and experience in a range of research methods conducting applied organisational research. Ideally, the applicant will have a strong interest in how work design <g class="gr_ gr_49 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Punctuation only-del replaceWithoutSep" id="49" data-gr-id="49"><g class="gr_ gr_38 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" id="38" data-gr-id="38">affects</g>,</g> and is affected by, automation such as AI and digital technologies. This position will suit someone with a passion for making a difference to work through good work design.

     An individual who has recently graduated with their PhD would normally be expected to start in the Level A to B range. Level A: $AUS68,768 – 93,178 + superannuation; Level B: $98,059-116,369 + superannuation.
