Human Resource Management Review (HRMR) is pleased to announce the winner the 2018 Scholarly Impact Award

Human Resource Management Review, 2013, Volume 23, Issue 4, 290-300.
    By Eva Gallardo-Gallardo, Nicky Dries, & Tomás F. González-Cruz

This award recognizes the article published in HRMR during the previous 5 calendar years that has made the biggest contribution to the field. Nominations were solicited from the Editorial Review Board and nominated papers were reviewed by a selection committee consisting of Cheryl Adkins, Robert Kaše, Howard Klein, Liz Ravlin (Chair), & A.K. Ward.

The award winning paper was chosen for shaping the development of the talent management debate and clarifying an emerging construct at exactly the right time -- when talent management began to gain momentum. This work opened the door for further conceptual and empirical contributions, has helped to advance our understanding of this important topic, and continues to provide a basis for research in this area.

Send your impactful conceptual/theoretical work to Human Resource Management Review – Conceptual Development for Future Research.
