    The Krannert School of Management (http://www.krannert.purdue.edu/) at Purdue University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management, in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources area, to begin August 2019.   

    Qualifications include:

    • Applicants must have a Ph.D. completed or near completion in Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resource Management (HR), Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
    • Ability to work in a collegial atmosphere as part of a team
    • Strong evidence of recent research productivity and teaching excellence in OB, HR, or related fields, including evidence of conference presentations, research publications, exemplary teaching ratings, and awards.

    We will begin reviewing applications July 31, 2018 and will continue until the position is filled. The successful candidate will be expected to teach OB or HR courses to our undergraduate and/or graduate students, conduct high-quality research in (micro or macro) OB, HR and/or related fields, and participate in other school activities.

    Applications should include a letter of application addressing why you are interested in the Krannert School of Management, Curriculum Vitae, statement of research interests and direction, statement of teaching interests and philosophy (please list courses you have taught or would prefer to teach), evidence of research activity (1-2 writing samples or reference to research available online) and teaching performance (include teaching evaluations if available), and three letters of reference.  A background check will be required for employment in this position.
