    Dear OB researchers,

My name is Haijiang Wang, from Huazhong U. of Science and Technology, China.
My coauthors and I are currently working on a meta-analysis project focusing on job insecurity. Although our research assistants have been diligently locating all published works incorporating job insecurity, we are also seeking copies of any conference presentations and/or unpublished findings in order to address the "file drawer" problem and any resultant publication bias affecting our meta-analysis effect size estimates.

We would very much appreciate a copy of that work and/or any other unpublished/file drawer studies that examined the relationship between job insecurity and its correlates.

If a write-up is not available, even receiving the following summary information would be helpful:
o Year and country of data collection
    o Participants industry
    o Sample size
o Authors of the job insecurity measure used
o Descriptive statistics (reliabilities) for job insecurity and its correlates
o Correlation matrix of job insecurity and its correlates that were included in your study

Please send your studies to wanghaijiang@hust.edu.cn by Sept 14th, 2018 and indicate how you would like to be cited.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide. We hope the results of our study may shed light on employees' job insecurity experience and provide insights for researchers and practitioners in this area.

    Sincerely,
