Meta-analysis HR strength

    Dear Colleagues,

In their 2004 AMR article David Bowen and Cheri Ostroff introduced the "HR (system) strength" concept. After this publication many studies were conducted to examine HR (system) strength at different levels as a predictor, a mediator and/or a moderator (see also Ostroff & Bowen, 2016; Hewett et al, 2018). We are seeking unpublished studies that examine 'HR strength' as an individual or team/organizational level concept. We have reviewed existing literature and dissertations and are seeking to supplement with unpublished data.

We are interested in any studies that explore HR strength as an antecedent , mediator, moderator or as an outcome. To be included in our meta-analysis, a study must contain a correlation table, including all variables of the study.

If you have any work that you think might be relevant to us, including working papers, conference presentations, or other unpublished data, please email us directly , if you are willing to share. Thank you for your assistance.

    Best wishes,
Tim Bednall (tbednall@swin.edu.au), Huadong Yang (huadong.yang@liverpool.ac.uk), and Karin Sanders (k.sanders@unsw.edu.au)
