    Clinical Assistant Professor of Management

    The Krannert School of Management (http://www.krannert.purdue.edu/) at Purdue University invites applications for the position of Clinical Assistant Professor of Management in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. This position is expected to begin August 2019.  

    Qualifications include:

    • Applicants must have a Ph.D. completed or near completion in Organizational Behavior (OB), Human Resource Management (HR), Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
    • Ability to work in a collegial atmosphere as part of a team
    • Strong evidence of teaching excellence in OB, HR, or related fields as evidenced by student evaluations and teaching awards.
    • Ability to lead an academic program

    We will begin reviewing applications July 31, 2018 and will continue until the position is filled. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 18 credit hours of OB or HR courses in our undergraduate and/or graduate programs, serve as the Director of our Masters of Science in Human Resource Management program, and participate in other school activities.

    Although we are open to broad teaching and research interests, candidates with an HR Analytics or Innovation background are especially encouraged to apply. Applications should include a letter of application addressing why you are interested in the Krannert School of Management, Curriculum Vitae, statement of teaching interests and philosophy (please list courses you have taught or would prefer to teach), a professional writing sample, teaching performance (include teaching evaluations if available), and three letters of reference.  A background check will be required for employment in this position.
