    The Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia seeks outstanding candidates for one tenure-track position in Strategy, beginning July 1, 2020 (Rank Assistant Professor).

    Qualifications

    The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality, scholarly research, demonstrated teaching excellence in both undergraduate and graduate levels, and leadership abilities. Research interests consistent with Beedie's Vision 2022 strategic priorities of innovation, social responsibility, and a global perspective will be prioritized. Candidates should have the ability to engage with communities of practice and make an impact through their research. Applicants should have a PhD degree in Strategy with an emphasis on technology strategy from the last three years and experience as an Assistant Professor in an AACSB accredited institution.

    Duties

    As SFU is a leading research university, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to Beedie's research excellence. The candidate will also be expected to teach courses in areas such as Strategic Management at both undergraduate and graduate levels, and to participate in our collaborative academic community through service.

We anticipate the position will start July 1, 2020 or on a mutually agreed upon date.
