The Public and Nonprofit (PNP) Division of the Academy of Management requests nominations for the Division's 2019 Best Dissertation Award. This is just a reminder that the February 15th deadline for nominations is quickly approaching.

This dissertation award recognizes important academic work and high-quality intellectual contributions to the PNP fields. Nominated dissertations that make contributions to the understanding of management in the public and nonprofit arenas will be considered. The 2019 Best Dissertation Award winner will receive an award of $500 (USD).

Only dissertations defended and accepted during the 2018 calendar year (1/1/2018-12/31/2018) are eligible for consideration. Nominations should include two items: (1) An electronic copy of the dissertation (PDF preferred), and (2) An electronic copy of a nomination letter (PDF preferred) from the dissertation committee chair or another committee member. Nominations are due by February 15th, 2019. Please send nominations to PNPdissertationaward2019@gmail.com.
