Organizational Research Methods

Organizational Research Methods (ORM) was established to bring relevant methodological developments to researchers working in organizational sciences. ORM fills a critical gap between methods and theory. Research methods are the tools we use to test theory, and as our field refines and improves methods, it also refines and improves our ability to test theories. At its core, ORM helps bridge the gap by publishing articles that explain analytic methods in clear, understandable terms that can be applied to broad areas of theory.
