PhD/Postdoc position(s) at the Digital Democracy Centre – Project on "The Evolution of AI-based Organizations"
The newly-founded Digital Democracy Centre (DDC) at the University of Southern Denmark invites applications for a number of exciting positions as PhD student and postdoc. The DDC will be an interdisciplinary hub to study the impact of digital technologies and AI on media, politics, and democracy, combing theory and methods from the social sciences, computer science, and law. One of the projects (project V) will be on the evolution of AI-based organizations, specifically the ecology of news media organizations (see https://tinyurl.com/247br8hj for a project description). We are looking for excellent candidates interested in interdisciplinary work with a background in business, economics, or a related discipline, including (preferably) econometric skills. You will be part of the DDC as well as affiliated with the Strategic Organization Design (www.sod-research.com) group at the University of Southern Denmark.
