Applications are invited for an Assistant Professor in Industrial Sustainability and Materials
The successful candidate will join the Engineering Department's Institute for Manufacturing at the University of Cambridge to add to its broad expertise in Industrial Sustainability and Materials.
The urgent need to address multiple sustainability-related challenges has been clearly articulated from the global level through the Sustainable Development Goals. Within this broad space, understanding and addressing the challenges facing industry in successfully transforming to more environmentally, economically and socially sustainable approaches is vital. The holder of this position will be extremely well positioned to build upon existing activities in industrial sustainability and materials to deliver significant impact through teaching, research, and direct engagement with industrial and policy partners.
