The School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) at Cornell University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Organizational Behavior. Applicants should have completed their PhD in organizational behavior, psychology, management, human resources, or a closely-related field by the time of appointment. The position will commence in August 2022 and continue for 12 to 24 months; flexible duration based on candidate preference.

The Postdoctoral Fellow will be affiliated with ILR's Experimental Psychology and Organizations Lab (ExPO Lab), a group of micro organizational behavior and human resources researchers who seek to advance knowledge about fundamental psychological processes relevant to human attitudes, cognitions and behavior in organizations. The Postdoctoral Fellow will actively contribute to the research mission of the lab, including working on joint projects with ExPO Lab faculty and students while also moving their own independent research projects toward publication. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research interests align with ExPO Lab faculty members' ongoing research activities. Applicants are encouraged to review faculty profiles before submitting their materials. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be asked to teach one course during their appointment.

The ILR School is the world's leading college focused on work, employment, and labor issues. The School provides a rich intellectual environment for organizational researchers, with strong ties to the SC Johnson College of Business and the Psychology and Sociology Departments. ExPO Lab faculty members are actively involved in research centers and initiatives at the ILR School and across the University, including the Behavioral Economics and Decision Research Center, the Center for Social Sciences, and the Atkinson Center for Sustainability.

Interested candidates should submit (1) a cover letter that highlights potential fit with the ExPO Lab, (2) a current CV, (3) a research statement describing their research, up to two publications or manuscripts, and two to three reference letters. Applications from women and minority candidates are strongly encouraged.

Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. For full consideration, please submit your materials by February 28. Questions about this position can be directed to Professor Emily Zitek (emz34@cornell.edu) or Professor Brian Lucas (bl679@cornell.edu).
