    Julia Bear and I (Einav Hart) are exploring people's experiences and perceptions of *negotiating in the academic job market*. 
    We hope the CM community can help us understand this issue better.
    We have created a survey that takes only *3 minutes*.
    We'd love to hear from people who are/were in hiring committees or otherwise involved in hiring for academic jobs, and people who are/were applying for academic jobs (good luck!).
