Hi everyone,
My colleagues (Dave Arena and Jerry Liu) and I are hoping to organize a symposium focused on sexual orientation. We currently have 3 papers for the symposium and are seeking one to two additional papers that might complement what we currently have. We are open to any topic related to sexual orientation and currently have papers considering bisexual identities, organizational DEI practices related to sexual orientation, and identity management.
