Open rank position in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management
The Melbourne Business School invites applications for an open-rank position located within the Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management area. The Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management cluster currently has 7 full time academic faculty, with research strengths in three broad areas: leadership and ethics, organisational relationships, and workplace diversity. Members of the cluster have active research interests in authenticity, behavioural ethics, diversity, justice, leadership, negotiation, power and status, and teams.
