    The Management and Organizations Department at the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management is seeking applicants for a full-time Lecturer for an academic year (9 month), career-track teaching position. This position is open to candidates with interest in teaching courses in Organizational Behavior. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for teaching our core in-person Organizational Behavior course for all upper-level students in the Eller College of Management. Additional teaching in Organizational Behavior and related areas (e.g., Human Resource Management) may be required depending on departmental needs. The preferred start would be the beginning of the spring 2023 semester (mid-January). There would also be opportunities for the selected candidate to teach courses in the summer and winter sessions.

    The Department of Management and Organizations is one of six academic departments in the Eller College of Management.     Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Teach a 6-course load in each academic year
    • Maintain regularly scheduled office hours
    • Participate in and contribute to department, college, and university service activities

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Completed Terminal degree in Management (e.g., OB, HR, Strategy), Psychology, Sociology or related field
    • Teaching experience in person at the college or university level     
    • Must be available to teach in-person at the University of Arizona, in Tucson

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience designing and teaching flipped or hybrid courses
    • Experience teaching in online or digital environments
