This Senior Research Associate position (2 years), which is equivalent to a post-doctoral position, is supported by the Wellcome Foundation, one of the largest global charitable foundations. The incoming Senior Research Associate will collaborate with Professor Yeun Joon Kim's research team and the Institute for Metabolic Science at the University of Cambridge to conduct interdisciplinary research on culture creation, creativity, and Human-AI collaborations.
Requirements
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. (or be expected to complete their Ph.D. before August 1st) in Organizational Behaviour, Strategy, Management, Social Psychology, or a related field.
