Conflict management in a time of polarization is an added challenge.The Sustainability Mindset indicator is a new tool that can support educators and researchers in addressing the mindset that got us into trouble, and the one that can get us out. This includes the polarized thinking, and I want to invite you to a one hour Webinar where I will introduce the SMI, and address questions such as : What does it measure? How is the Indicator being used? What is the research behind it? Does it accommodate different cultures/contexts? How can I use it for research?
