Are you interested in learning about entrepreneurship research? Would you like to network with other interested entrepreneurship researchers from around the world? Do you want to hear from top entrepreneurship scholars? If yes, consider joining us for the Virtual Summer Seminar in Entrepreneurship Research (VSSER) 2023. VSSER-23 is completely online (via zoom) and free to attend (no cost at all). VSSER-23 will be hosted by Dr. Vishal K. Gupta of The University of Alabama (USA).
Launched in 2021, VSSER attracted 350+ participants from about 25 countries in the first two years. Past sessions included Entrepreneurial Orientation (Bill Wales), gender-ent research (Laura Huang), Austrian Economics (Per Bylund), quantitative methods (Brian Anderson), sociology-ENT research (Sarah Thebaud), bootstrapping (Matt Rutherford), entrepreneurial ecosystems (Erik Stam), corporate entrepreneurship (Jeff Covin), plus guest speakers Maw-Der Foo, Doug Cumming, Peter Klein, Wouter Stam and Marc Gruber. This year, VSSER-23 is scheduled tentatively for May 22 to May 26, with each session lasting about 1.5 hours. The 2023 sessions will cover entrepreneurship topics NOT covered before. Readings will be shared in advance. Participants will have ample opportunities to network, gain familiarity with cutting-edge entrepreneurship research, and interact with top entrepreneurship scholars.
