    Dear HCM Members and Guests:

The AOM conference program will be posted in the next several weeks. In the meantime, here are some planned HCM highlights to consider as you make your travel plans. Many of these highlighted sessions will be available in a hybrid format so that virtual attendees can join. Please note that although it is unlikely, some times could change once AOM finalizes the program, but below is the current schedule:
Note: All times are local Seattle (Pacific) time.

HCM Division Meetings & Social Events:

    • The HCM Executive Committee meeting will be held Sunday in-person from 10:30 – 12:00 noon.
    • The HCM Business Meeting will be held Sunday morning from 8:00 – 9:00 AM. It will be entirely virtual, even for in-person attendees.
    • The HCM Division Reception will be held at Spin Seattle on Monday from 6:30 – 8:30 PM.
    • An online division social event will be held on GatherTown on Sunday from 9:00 – 10:00 AM immediately following the Business Meeting.

HCM Division Emerging Scholars Consortium & PDW Sessions:
    • Almost all HCM PDWs have returned to a Saturday-only schedule. The HCM PDW lineup runs all day on Saturday August 6 from 7 AM until 5:30 PM. Several PDWs will be virtual or hybrid.
    • The HCM Emerging Scholars Consortium will begin on Friday morning August 5 at 8:30 AM and run until 5 PM. More info to come soon on how to register.
    • The HCM Emerging Scholars Consortium Social will be held on Friday at 6:00 PM at Wild Ginger.
    • The HCM PDW Social will be held on Saturday at 6:30 PM at Aerlume.

    HCM Division Research Sessions:
    • All HCM research paper sessions and symposia will be held on Monday August 8 and Tuesday August 9, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Several of these sessions will be hybrid or virtual. Hybrid and virtual sessions will be recorded for later viewing.
    • The HCM Plenary will use a hybrid format and be held Monday from 10:00 – 11:30 AM.

For attendees who will be staying in Seattle until Wednesday, or will have returned home by Tuesday evening, please join us for the online Digital Health Management Micro Conference, Tuesday Aug 9, 7:00 -10:00 PM. There is no cost for this global event, and more information about it will be coming soon.

We look forward to an exciting and inspiring meeting this August!
