    The Management and Organization (MO) group at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School is seeking tenured senior faculty colleagues to join us in 2024. Carey's MO group consists of a collegial group of faculty members who are actively publishing in top management and disciplinary journals and have varied interests including management and organizational behavior, organization theory, strategy, psychology, and healthcare management.     Johns Hopkins Carey Business School invites applications for full-time, tenured faculty positions at the full professor level in management and organization. The start date is flexible. We welcome applications from candidates motivated by the unique opportunity to participate in building a world-class business school at a premier private university.<u1:p></u1:p>

     

    The Management and Organization group at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School consists of a collegial group of faculty members who are actively publishing in top management and disciplinary journals and have varied interests including management and organizational behavior, organization theory, strategy, psychology, and healthcare management.<u1:p></u1:p>

     

    Qualifications<u1:p></u1:p>

    Qualified candidates for a tenure-track faculty position must have the following:

    ·       <u1:p></u1:p>A PhD degree in management, organizational behavior, organization theory, strategy or a related field.

    ·       Demonstrated commitment to academic research and excellence in teaching.

    <u1:p></u1:p><u1:p> </u1:p>

    The ideal candidate will have a distinguished academic record suitable for a tenured appointment at the full professor level. We are seeking candidates with research interests focused on organizations and organizing at any level - micro-, meso-, or macro-level (including strategic management/strategy).<u1:p></u1:p>

    Teaching responsibilities will include MBA/MS-level courses on management, strategy, and innovation. Evidence of successful teaching in a graduate business school environment is desirable but not required.<u1:p></u1:p>
