    Please congratulate Srividya Jandhyala on being elected to the Academy of Management (AOM) International Management (IM) Division Executive Committee in a very competitive election. Srividya will begin a five-year term on the IM Division Executive Committee in August which starts with the role of Division PDW Chair (2024-2025), Division Program Chair (2025-2026), Division Chair Elect (2026-2027), Division Chair (2027-2028) and Immediate-past Division Chair (2028-2029). Thank you to everyone who voted in this year's election process!

    Srividya Jandhyala

    Srividya Jandhyala is an Associate Professor of Management at ESSEC Business School. Prior to joining ESSEC in Singapore, she served on the faculty of the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She was previously a Fung Global Fellow and Visiting Research Scholar at Princeton University and received her PhD in Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

    Her research focuses on global strategy, geopolitics, and non-market strategy in the international context. Her work has been published in journals such as Journal of International Business, Strategic Management Journal, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of World Business, Journal of Conflict Resolution, World Development, and Strategy Science. She is currently an Associate Editor at Global Strategy Journal and serves on the editorial review boards of Strategic Management Journal, Academy of Management Journal, and Strategic Organization.

    Srividya has been an active member of the IM division for more than 15 years. Over this time, she has been the winner of the IM Division best paper award as well as a 3-time finalist of IM Division best paper awards in international corporate governance and international business and policy. Srividya serves on the IM Division Research Committee and has previously (twice) organized the IM Division sponsored Paper Development Workshops. She is the co-chair of the IM Division Junior Faculty Consortium for AOM 2024. After benefiting from IM division membership for many years, she is excited and motivated to make a more substantial contribution to the IM community.
