We are pleased to welcome you to Oslo, Norway for the 48th Annual EIBA Conference. The Conference will take place in person.
This year's conference theme is "Walking the talk? Transitioning towards a sustainable world".
Under this theme, we ask: Are we walking the talk? What questions should be raised and researched to guide societies towards a sustainable economy? How can international businesses facilitate rather than impede this change?
We have a total of 14 tracks that we encourage you to submit your research to. An overview and description of the tracks can be found on the conference website .
The submission system is open until July 15th.

Call for Panel Proposals
Panel proposals for EIBA 2022 Oslo should be on provocative issues within all areas of interest to IB scholars but with particular emphasis on the theme of the conference.
Guidelines for the preparation and submission of panels are available on the conference website.
The submission deadline for panel proposals is: 15 July 2022
Call for Posters
EIBA 2022 Oslo also welcomes poster submissions to any of its conference tracks; those accepted will be presented in dedicated Poster Sessions to which experienced academic peers will be invited to review the posters and provide quality feedback to the authors.
Guidelines for the preparation and submission of posters are available on the conference website
The submission deadline for poster is: 20 September 2022

Call for Reviewers
Being a reviewer is a very important and critical role for the success of our conference. We sincerely hope that you will contribute to the conference by signing up as a reviewer.
If you agree, please expect to receive two to three papers for review soon after the July 15th submission deadline – and to return the completed reviews by August 20, 2022. As usual, manuscripts and panel proposals will be submitted directly to each track via the online submission system.
The EIBA 2022 submission system has been open since April 1 and the final deadline for the submission of all manuscripts and proposals is July 15, 2022.
How to sign up as a reviewer:
- Sign up as a reviewer when submitting your work to EIBA 2022
Please remember to tick off the box asking you to sign up as a reviewer when you are submitting your research.
- We also encourage you to sign up as a reviewer even if you are not submitting your research to the conference. To do this, log on to the submission system (https://www.conftool.org/eiba2022/) and select your priority topics.
The EIBA 2022 Track Chairs will be asked to nominate the most notable reviewers in their tracks, and these individuals will be further acknowledged in the program.
