    The University of Tübingen School of Business and Economics invites applications to fill the position of a

     

    Professor of Strategy (W3)

     

    The University of Tübingen, founded in 1477, is one of the leading universities in Germany. It has the formal status of a "University of Excellence", a title bestowed by the federal government of Germany. Tübingen is one of the traditional university towns of Germany and is located in the southwest of Germany, close to Stuttgart.

     

    The professorship in Strategy is intended to add to the key research areas of the School of Business and Economics, to strengthen its evidence-based research profile and to foster its innovative and interdisciplinary development. Applicants should have published in leading international academic journals. In research and teaching, the position is not confined to the area of strategy in a narrow sense but can reach out to relatedmanagement areas.

     

    We are looking for outstanding candidates with an excellent portfolio of research projects as well as a convincing track record of publications in leading international, peer-reviewed journals as well as excellent didactic skills. The University of Tübingen is particularly interested in increasing the number of women in research and teaching and therefore strongly encourages women with adequate qualifications to apply.
