    Dear supervisors, dear students, 

     

    INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN

    AOM MANAGEMENT CONSULTING DIVISION'S DOCTORAL CONSORTIUM

     

     The Management Consulting Division of the Academy of Management invites doctoral candidates (Ph.D., Dba, Exec-PhD, DM …) to participate in the Management Consulting Division's Doctoral Consortium. The 2024 Doctoral Consortium is planned to be as insightful and inclusive as possible. The Doctoral Consortium offers doctoral candidates a whole experience of the Academy of Management Annual Meeting in all its aspects: Scholarly, PDW, symposia, caucus, and social times.

    To participate, the doctoral candidate will be required to take two actions:

    1- Contact Dr. Carole Bousquet carole.bousquet@idrac-bs.frat  to inform her of your intention to participate in the Doctoral Consortium and provide the following information before December 2023, 31st: Surnames/First names – Thesis/Dissertation director - Contact details (mail + phone) – Thesis/Dissertation subject (Ph.D. or DBA)

    2- Submit a Scholarly Paper based on the ongoing research process (see Management Consulting Call for Submission – Submission Type – 5 - Dissertation Review/Doctoral Paper) before January 9th, 2024.

     

    The theme of the AOM 2024 annual meeting is "Innovating for the future." The theme provides a broader domain to fit most subjects in management. Doctoral students can also co-write papers with supervisor(s) (up to a limit of 2 supervisors).  

    The deadline for submitting papers is January 9th, 2024. The deadline for the doctoral consortium participation is December 31st, 2023.

     

    Dr. Bousquet will be available at the dates and times listed below to provide further information on the Doctoral Consortium. The sessions ensure that doctoral students are well-informed about the submission process and are ready to submit by the end of December 2023.

       November 15th, 2023 - 11:30 am (1 hour) (EST)  December 1st, 2023 – 11:30 am (1 hour) (EST)  December 13th, 2023 – 11:30 am (1 hour) (EST)  January 5th, 2023 – 11:30 am (1,5 hour) (EST) special session on "how to submit on AOM system."
