As 2023 ends and a new year arrives, we are grateful for our incredible journey as a global community. The Management Consulting Division of AOM has grown more robust and more vibrant with each passing day, thanks to the dedication and passion of its remarkable leaders and members.
This year has brought its challenges and triumphs, and through it all, your unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in management consulting education, research, and practice has been genuinely inspiring. Yes, we celebrate our new look, and the work continues!
Please take note of the following points:
1. The journey to the 2024 AOM Annual Meeting in Chicago, USA has begun.
2. Submit your scholarly papers immediately to the Management Consulting Division at Submissions. The deadline is Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
3. Submit your PDWs immediately to the Management Consulting Division at Submissions. The deadline is Tuesday, January 9, 2024.
4. Our Program Chair and PDW Chair are available to answer questions concerning submissions.
5. Sign up to become a reviewer for the Management Consulting Division at Reviewer Page. The reviewer sign-up period is January 18 to February 15, 2024.
6. Get actively involved in the affairs of the division. Look out for announcements concerning volunteer and elected position openings in the division. Nominate someone or yourself for any of the open positions. Our division believes in representation across geographies, cultures, and experiences.
7. Visit MCD's website regularly on AOM Connect.
8. Help disseminate this critical information to people in your network.
I recognize and appreciate the collective achievements that have marked our path and the relationships that have blossomed within our division. May the spirit of camaraderie and collaboration guide us in the upcoming year. Let us embrace the opportunities that lie ahead, knowing that our collective efforts will shape the future of management consulting on a global scale.
