    Apologies for cross-posting!

    Dear Colleagues,

We are  co-editing a book on COVID-19's ethical challenges and considerations through Ethics International Press. We are reaching out to those (academics & practitioners) who may be interested in writing or co-writing a chapter for this collection.

The COVID-19 pandemic will likely be seen as having had a profound effect on how we live and work, as well its economic and health repercussions. But it also brought ethical issues and challenges into focus,  from 'Fake News' to issues of individual freedom.

We welcome Chapter contributions addressing issues such as:
    • The right to vaccinate, and the right to refuse vaccination
    • The location of moral agency - individuals or collectives
    • The responsibilities of government in a pandemic
    • How are personal freedoms and collective responsibility defined?
    • What is the relationship of collective responsibility/ individual freedom with social justice?
    • Can offering privileges to vaccinated citizens be considered a moral issue?
    • What is the moral responsibility of the media in a pandemic?
    • How do imposed 'lockdowns' measure against human rights?
    • What are the ethical, moral and practical lessons from COVID 19?
    • The ethics of returning to, or remaining in, the workplace
    • Ethical considerations for human resource managers in the age of COVID-19
    • Essential workers and ethical considerations
    • Clinical research ethics during global health emergencies
    • Other issues regarding the principles of autonomy, nonmaleficence, beneficence, justice and veracity
    • How human relations have been affected during the Covid-19 period
    • COVID-19 and Sustainability
    • COVID-19 narrative(s) and realities
Please review our Call for Chapters and consider contributing. Please also feel free to share the call with anyone you know who may be interested in contributing to this endeavor.

    Thank you!
