In 2020 my book Fit to Compete (see below for link to my website where the book is described and excerpts are available) was published by Harvard Business Review Press. I have had 50 years of experience as a scholar-consultant and academic at Harvard Business School, where I am Cahners Rabb Professor on Business Administration, Emeritus. I would love to circulate my ideas to a broad community of consultants and scholars. I can present and workshop these ideas and I am willing to offer this once about the book or offer a periodic workshop an actionable grounded theory for organization change and development that features 6 silent barriers or "killers as I have come to call them that care deficiencies in core leadership and organizational capabilities that stand in the way of change regardless of industry, problem, or size of the organization.
