    Monash Business Behavioural Laboratory (Monash University, Australia) is running its 4th Annual Symposium on Judgement and Decision-making in a Complex World. This event is conducted online, and the registration is free of charge.

    Over two evenings (14-15 Nov, 7:00PM-9:30PM AEDT) you will hear from leading experts in decision neuroscience and behavioural decision making.

    Keynote speakers:

    Peter Bossaerts from the University of Cambridge will be presenting on computational complexity and human decision-making.

    Ofir Turel from the University of Melbourne will be presenting on the psychological basis of algorithm aversion.

    You will also hear from the following experts who will present on a range of multi-disciplinary topics:

    - Georgios Christopoulos (Decision, Environmental and Organisational Neuroscience Lab, Nanyang Technological University) – on examining dynamic organisational phenomena using the examples of entrepreneurial trust and wearables;

    - Daniel Bennett (Monash University) – on the effects of within-task emotional fluctuations on risk preferences;

    - Chang Liu (BrainPark, Monash University) – on the use of network analysis to understand emotion regulation among medical staff during a pandemic;

    - Carly Moulang (Monash University) – on the effects of psychological resources and gender on accountants' professional judgement;

    - T.T. Niranjan (IIT Bombay) – on the application of eye tracking in a classic Operations Management task;

    - Pablo Franco (Centre for Brain Mind and Markets, the University of Melbourne) – on improving bargaining efficiency via a bio-mechanism.
