    Hello colleagues:

The Management and Organizational Development (MOD) Group of the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University is seeking candidates for multiple tenured or tenure-track positions at all levels (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor) in organizational behavior/management and/or related disciplines. We are specifically seeking applicants with research and teaching expertise in any of the following broad areas: Mental Health and Well-being; Sustainability and Resilience; Technology, Digital Economies, and Privacy; and Health and Technology. Joint appointments and/or affiliations with other colleges and institutes at Northeastern University are strongly encouraged and will be considered as appropriate. Positions will primarily be on the Boston campus but may be available at any of our 14 global campus locations.

Candidates interested in conducting high-impact research programs and teaching excellence in the above areas are highly encouraged to apply. We seek candidates who can contribute to our holistic commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We also seek candidates who are interested and able to teach and conduct research in an interdisciplinary manner, given the potential for formal joint appointments across colleges. Candidates are required to hold a doctorate in Management or a related field by the start date. Candidates must have backgrounds in or commitment to working with diverse student populations and/or in culturally diverse work and educational environments.

The MOD Group currently has eight full-time, research active, tenured or tenure-track faculty, and seven full-time non-tenure track faculty. Members of the group are Fellows of the Academy of Management, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and serve as editors, associate editors, and editorial review board members at leading management journals. The group emphasizes a leading-edge research program that targets top-tier journals and a strong commitment to teaching excellence. Primary teaching responsibilities will be at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
