The Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) is delighted to announce the new leadership team of the 𝐽𝑜𝑢𝑟𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑜𝑓 𝑃𝑟𝑜𝑑𝑢𝑐𝑡 𝐼𝑛𝑛𝑜𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑀𝑎𝑛𝑎𝑔𝑒𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 (JPIM). Effective January 1, 2025, Full Professors Luigi M. De Luca, Gerda Gemser, Minu Kumar, and Ruby Lee will assume the role of Editors-in-Chief, succeeding the current Editor-in-Chief Jelena Spanjol and interim Editor-in-Chief Gloria Barczak.

Together with a dedicated team of Associate Editors and Editorial Review Board members, the incoming Editors will work to expand JPIM's reputation as a premier global outlet for high-quality research that also informs managerial practice.
