    Dear Colleagues,

    We are thrilled to announce the symposium, "Examining AI Adoption and Productivity Improvement: From Resistance to Acceptance," at the upcoming AOM Meeting in Chicago this August. Sponsored by the Organizational Development and Change (ODC) and Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) divisions, this event welcomes practitioners and scholars with diverse interests to join us.
     
    The symposium will provide a unique opportunity for participants to engage with distinguished scholars and AI industry experts. These experts will share valuable first-hand data from Microsoft, GitHub, and others, revealing the findings about AI adoption's challenges, acceptance, and outcomes. Participants will have the chance to share their experiences and collaborate with those experts exploring solutions for AI adoption with those experts.
     
    Extending the breadth and depth of this symposium, we invite distinguished practitioners and researchers in this field to join the panel and present their latest research.
