SAP Early Career Program (ECP)

The SAP Early-Career Program (ECP) is typically held on the Friday of the Academy of Management Annual Meeting (AOM). The ECP is designed to foster the development of a supportive community of SAP scholars and provides a full day of panels, workshops, roundtables, and networking opportunities for accepted participants. 

While the ECP is geared towards doctoral students and junior faculty who are interested in SAP-related topics, methods, and conversations, great care is taken to connect the day’s programing to the broader array of SAP events that take place at AOM and beyond.

More information about how to apply to participate in the ECP may be found in the most current SAP newsletter. Applications for a given year are typically due in the June or July prior to AOM. Space is usually limited to around 20 participants.
