    Hi Joann,

    We have tired a couple of books in the past. This year, we have switched to a book recently published by Jason Colquitt, Jeffrey Lepine and Michael Wesson. Here is the amazon link:

    Organizational Behavior: Improving Performance and Commitment in the Workplace

    The design of the book is very different from other OB textbooks. I like it mainly because it depicts the big picture and helps students get a good sense of OB in general. Also, they have addressed important topics, e.g. justice, which are usually missing in other textbooks.

    I'm currently using Organizational Behavior by Bauer and Erdogan, published by Flatworld Knowledge. First-rate content, comprehensive instructor resources, and your students will be able to save quite a bit of money over traditionally-published texts.
