    Who should attend
    Doctoral students, junior scholars, and other first-time AOM attendees, especially those based at institutions outside the United States.

    Speakers and facilitators
    Marie Mitchell is Program Chair of the OB Division and a faculty member at the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina. Her research focuses on behavioral ethics, inclusion and exclusion dynamics at work, and destructive workplace behavior and relationships.

    Jia “Jasmine” Hu serves as Faculty Programming and Chair of International Partnerships for the OB Division and is a faculty member at the School of Economics and Management and Schwarzman College, Tsinghua University. Her research focuses on prosocial leadership, team effectiveness, and the role of digital technology in leadership and well-being.

    Kyle Ehrhardt is an OB Global Committee member, experienced AOM attendee and a faculty member in management at the University of Colorado Denver Business School. His research centers on workplace relationships, diversity, and discrimination, especially how these experiences shape employees’ attitudes toward work and the workplace.

    Osahenrumwen Ofumwengbe is a PhD student in Organizational Behavior at Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management. She brings the perspective of a recent AOM attendee, having attended the Annual Meeting in Chicago for the first time two years ago.

    Maria Funk is a research associate at Technische Universität Berlin. Her research focuses on how organizations can strategically manage a diverse workforce by strengthening inclusive social processes. She also brings the perspective of a recent first-time AOM attendee, having attended last year for the first time.
