    I am looking for a well-established and validated tool/scale/survey for upward feedback in organizations.
    Would also appreciate good academic research on the issues and benefits of upward feedback.

    ·       Antonioni, D. (1994). The effects of feedback accountability on upward appraisal ratings. Personnel Psychology, 47, 349–356.

     

    In addition, the following book describes upward feedback and how it is implemented at several organizations such as Dell:
