The Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis is seeking qualified candidates for multiple tenure-track/tenured faculty positions in Organizational Behavior at the ranks of Assistant, Associate, Full, and/or Chaired Professor. The effective start date for this appointment will be
July 1, 2020. Responsibilities of the position will be to conduct ongoing research, individually and collaboratively; to teach courses in Organizational Behavior and related areas; to advise and mentor doctoral students; and to provide service to the school.
Reflecting a vibrant research environment, the WashU Olin is rated highly in research productivity. Over the past several years, faculty in the OB group have published in outlets such as the Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Organization Science. Olin Organizational Behavior Faculty currently sit on the editorial boards and/or serve as editors or associate editors at top journals in the field (AMJ, Annals, AMR, ASQ, JAP, OBHDP, OS).
WashU Olin offers an undergraduate program, day and evening MBA programs, Specialized Masters programs (e.g., Analytics), Executive MBA programs, and a Ph.D. program.
