    The Management Department of Essec Business School is hiring. We hire at the associate/full level (full descriptions at the bottom of this email):

    In Singapore:

    * Organizational behavior with interest to develop into the Management in the Health services Leadership

    * Entrepreneurship

     

    In Cergy/Paris:

    * Organizational Behavior/Ethics

    * Not-for-profit Management & Governance

     

    The department consists of 32 full time faculty with expertise in entrepreneurship, human resources, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and strategy. Members of the Management department have published lately in the following journals: Administrative Science Quarterly, Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Studies, Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Venturing, and Personnel Psychology.

     

    We will be available to meet with a few prospective candidates at the Academy of Management meeting at AOM Orlando.     MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT


    The Department of Management at ESSEC Business School invites applications for tenure-track positions at the rank of Associate or Full Professor in:

    o   Entrepreneurship [ref : S_ENT]

    o   Management with readiness to develop expertise in the Health sector. Knowledge of the industry and the regional legislation is a plus [ref: S_HMG]

    o   Leadership/Business Ethics/CSR/Sustainable Development [ref: S_LRS]

    These positions are open for ESSEC Business School's Asia Pacific campus in Singapore.

    Candidates should hold a Ph.D. (or be close to defending their dissertation), have a strong research program and good teaching ability. Some knowledge of French is a plus, but not necessary by any means. Courses can be taught in English or in French.

    cooperatives (agri-food, retail, workers’ co-ops…), mutual companies (bank
    and insurance), associations and social enterprises [P_NPR]. Note:
    Applicants should be able to teach core business strategy and management
    courses.

    Applicants must demonstrate ability to conduct high quality research and the
    potential to teach in an international environment. While knowledge of
    French is a plus, English is the working language.
