My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analysis on managerial reaction to bottom-up initiatives for organizational change. We are seeking any unpublished empirical papers related to how managers and/or organizations respond to the following bottom-up initiatives:
1. Voice behavior
2. Creativity and idea implementation
3. Issue selling
4. Whistle-blowing
5. Institutional entrepreneurship
If you have empirical papers that may be relevant for inclusion in our meta-analysis, would you please email me at hpark2@govst.edu by Friday September 12, 2025. In the spirit of responsible science and avoiding publication bias, we hope that we will be able to include your work in our meta-analytic review.
