    We are seeking an intellectually curious, enthusiastic, and highly motivated early-stage researcher to join the Organisational Behaviour subject group and help run and further develop CJBS's Experimental Laboratory (CEBEG; https://www.jbs.cam.ac.uk/faculty-research/initiatives/cebeg).

    About the Role

    The postholder will support experimental and survey-based research projects conducted by CJBS faculty with interests in behavioural and experimental research. Key responsibilities include:

    • Running and developing CJBS's experimental laboratory
    • Designing experimental materials and stimuli
    • Recruiting participants and managing data collection
    • Preparing, analysing, and archiving research data
    • Supporting a wide range of experimental and survey projects across CJBS

    About You

    You will have:

    • A Master's degree in Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, or a related behavioural field (e.g. Behavioural Economics, Behavioural Engineering) using experimental methods, or equivalent experience
    • Demonstrated research experience and strong interest in management-related experimental research
    • Excellent organisation, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently
    • Strong IT and statistical skills, including experience with software such as SPSS, R, and Matlab
